Var bor alla i svenska kungafamiljen?
Kung Carl XVI Gustaf och drottning Silvia bor på Drottningholms Slott
, när kronprinsessan Victoria var fyra år gammal, så gick flyttlasset. Då flyttade kung Carl XVI Gustaf, drottning Silvia och Victoria från prinsessan Sibyllas våning på Stockholms slott till Drottningholms slott ute på Ekerö. Bakom slottet, som var klart , stod arkitekterna Nicodemus Tessin den äldre och Nicodemus Tessin den yngre.
Kungafamiljen, som senare utökades med prinsessan Madeleine och prins Carl Philip, höll till i slottets södra länga. Vid det här laget är givetvis alla barnen utflugna, och först ut att lämna boet var kronprinsessan Victoria som flyttade till Haga slott år med sin prins Daniel.

År flyttade kronprinsessan Victoria och prins Daniel till Haga Slott i Hagaparken. Det stilrena slottet uppfördes som hem för Gustav IV Adolf och dennes familj.

Stockholm Palace
Official residence of the Swedish monarch
Stockholm Palace, or the Royal Palace, (Swedish: Stockholms slott or Kungliga slottet) is the official residence and major royal palace of the Swedish monarch (King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia use Drottningholm Palace as their usual residence). Stockholm Palace is in Stadsholmen, in Gamla stan in the capital, Stockholm. It neighbours the Riksdag building. The offices of the King, the other members of the Swedish royal family, and the Royal Court of Sweden are here. The palace is used for representative purposes by the King whilst performing his duties as the head of state.
This royal residence has been in the same location by Norrström in the northern part of Gamla stan in Stockholm since the middle of the 13th century when Tre Kronor Castle was built. In modern times the name relates to the building called Kungliga Slottet. De kungliga slotten inom Sverige brukar avse dem elva slott i svenska statens ägo som sedan början från talet innefattas av den kungliga dispositionsrätten. Därutöver associeras flera slott med detta svenska kungahuset, då dem disponerats beneath andra former av den svenske monarken eller övriga kungafamiljen inom nutid alternativt historiskt.

[redigera | redigera wikitext]Den kungliga dispositionsrätten administreras från Ståthållarämbetet dock Statens Fastighetsverk sköter förvaltningen. Rosendals slott förvaltas dock av Kungliga Djurgårdens förvaltning. Samtliga slott ligger inom Mälardalen/Stockholmsregionen.
